Affordable Housing

Our Affordable Housing units consist of 2 & 3-bedroom duplexes, triplexes & fourplexes in the city of Lethbridge. Amenities include fridge, stove, and washer and dryer. Heat, water, sewer, and garbage removal are included. Electricity & onsite parking are provided as additional charges.

Eligibility for Affordable Housing is based on your household’s gross income and the number of bedrooms required to be adequately housed.

Our NEW Southgate complex is an affordable mixed market housing complex located at 720 Southgate Blvd. South, Lethbridge for Seniors 65 years and over.  The Southgate complex is located near shopping centers, medical clinics, and with nearby walking trails and lakes.
