Cleaning Details


Review the Move Out Checklist to ensure the unit is cleaned and ready to move out.

Important information:
  • The Lethbridge Housing Authority charges $35.00 per hour for cleaning.
  • You will not be charged for normal "wear and tear."
  • The Lethbridge Housing Authority charges you if the unit is not cleaned thoroughly.
  • Please do not drive or park vehicles on the grass to load furniture.
